What information we collect about you.
We collect information about you when you contact Jemma Waller Virtual Assistant to enquire about services, book call, sign up to any promotional advertisement, enter a competition, whether that contact is online, paper, email or phone.
How your information will be used
We will use your information to deliver the services you have booked.
We will not share your information with any other third party without your consent except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law.
If you have consented to receive marketing, you can opt out at any time.
You have the right, at any time to request we stop contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted, please email jemmawaller.va@gmail.com and request removal.
How long your information will be kept for
If you decide to no longer be a client of Jemma Waller Virtual Assistant with a 12 month period between work or if you request removal then we will remove all of your basic information within 7 days.
If you have given consent for communication then you will receive information until you opt out, or request removal.
Where your information is kept
Your information is stored securely online in accordance with GDPR, on Jemma’s mobile telephone and on her laptop. Everything online or laptop is password protected.
Access to your personal information, correction and removal
You have the right to request a copy of your personal information that is held about you.
We want to make sure that your personal information is up to date and correct. You may ask us to correct or remove any information you think is inaccurate.
You have the right to request any information about you is removed.
